Our Program

Swimming Fast - we emphasize technique and quality workouts, not mega-yardage. "Swim smarter, then harder". Over 50% of our swims during 2007-08 were personal best times.

Having Fun - our swim team brings swimmers, coaches, and families together. Family involvement is not only welcomed but is essential to the swimmer's success as well as the success of the program

Developing our Youth - from child to young adult; we strive to develop well-rounded youth who are swimmers - training, strong character and morals, setting goals, handling setbacks, working with others, and achieving balance in life.
Our coaches bring over 70 years of combined personal competitive swimming and 40 years of combined coaching experience to our team. We believe that correct and efficient swimming technique is a key foundation for a swimmer to ultimately achieve their potential. The coaching staff is committed to helping CATS swimmers meet their potential through excellence in swimming knowledge, leadership and teaching.

Summer Team (Four Seasons Swim Club) workouts begin Wednesday May 28th. Registration forms available on the FSSC website.

CATS Banquet. Swimmers not able to attend may pickup their gifts until June 30th. Contact Lisa Rogers . Lisa Rogers will also have team pictures available for pickup.

Morning workouts begin Wednesday, June 11th. CATS/FSSC II: M-F 7:00-9:00am; FSSC I: M-F 9:00am-10:00am
